Struggling to get to sleep at night? This Sleepy Mocktail will help you drift off to sleep! The cherry juice contains melatonin and tryptophan which studies have shown helps you get a better sleep. 


1 tsp magnesium powder
1 cup pure tart cherry juice
Zero-sugar sprite


1. In a glass mix together the magnesium and cherry juice, until all the powder has dissolved.
2. Add in ice and top up with sprite. If you're feeling extra fancy, pour into a wine or cocktail glass.
