This feijoa breakfast smoothie is a delicious and nutritious way to start your day. It's quick and easy to make, and can be customised to your preferences. For a more filling smoothie, add a scoop of protein powder.


1 banana
5 medium-sized feijoas, flesh only
2-3 ice cubes
1 cup yoghurt
1/2 milk (plant-based works well)
honey (optional)


1. In a blender, process banana, feijoa flesh and ice cubes until combined.
2. Add in the yoghurt and milk and blend until creamy. 
3. Taste and add honey if needed, Serve immediately and enjoy!
