A delicious and nutritious way to start your day! The crunchy texture and sweet flavour of the granola perfectly complement the creamy and tangy yogurt. Making your own granola is easy and allows you to customise the ingredients to your liking.

INGREDIENTS

1 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
⅓ cup nuts (such as almonds, pecans, or walnuts), chopped
2 Tbs seeds (such as pumpkin or sunflower seeds)
1 Tbs honey
1 Tbs coconut oil, melted
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
150ml yoghurt
5 tsp jam
fresh berries (optional)

METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 150°C and line a baking tray with paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, and seeds. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
3. Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir until everything is well coated. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, or until the granola is golden brown and fragrant. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet.
5. Once cool, assemble the pots by layering the granola, yoghurt and jam in little jars.
