Jam recipes don't get much simpler than this! Grab those fresh summer blueberries and quickly whip them up into this tasty Blueberry Jam
500 grams blueberries
350 grams sugar
1 Tbs lemon juice
1. Remove stalks and any mushy berries. Wash and dry blueberries then add to a pan with sugar and lemon juice.
2. Heat over medium heat as sugar starts to slowly dissolve. Mash with potato masher to reach your desired consistency. Once sugar has dissolved, increase heat and bring to a boil for 15 minutes. Stir frequently to avoid burning.
3. Remove from heat and test that it has reached setting point. Once ready pour into sterilised jars and seal tight.
