This delicious, creamy Peanut Butter Shake has the perfect sweet and salty flavour combo to make the perfect on-the-go breakfast or healthy dessert - it tastes even better when you use a homemade peanut butter too!


2 Tbs peanut butter
2 frozen bananas
½ cup old fashioned oats
1 cup milk (plant-based is preferable)
1 tsp cinnamon
chocolate chips, to serve (optional) 


1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk if you like a runnier consistency.
2. Pour into two cups or jars or 5 smaller dessert jars and top with peanut butter and chocolate chips.
