The combination of salt, vinegar, and spices creates a tangy, crunchy, and satisfying snack.


2 cucumbers, thinly slices (or 5 lebanese)
1 tbsp salt
1 cup caster sugar
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp whole peppercorns


Simply combine the cucumber, salt, sugar, vinegar, mustard seeds and peppercorns into a 1L jar, stir to combine, then place the jar in the fridge overnight. Enjoy!
