These bite-sized little treats or the perfect snack or light lunch! Works well with whatever you have in your fridge - why not add red onion, chilli flakes or pickled radish too!
3 Tbs cream cheese (crème fraîche works too)
squeeze of lemon juice
crackers or chopped bruschettapickled cucumbers (click to view my recipe here)
1. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, lemon juice, dill and salt and pepper to taste.
2. Assemble them by spreading the cream cheese mixture on the crackers then layering ham and pickled cucumbers on top. Top with fresh dill and enjoy.
