With crunchy peanuts, rich chocolate and peanut butter flavour and chewy n gooey in all the right places these homemade brownies will disappear in no time!
½ cup cocoa
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup flour
200g crunchy peanut butter
50g of chopped peanuts
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease 30x20cm brownie tin and line with baking paper
2. In large saucepan gently melt together butter cocoa. Add sugar and vanilla and stir well.
3. Remove from heat and sift in flour and stir well. Add eggs and beat well with electric mixer.
4. Spread evenly into prepared tin, drizzle over peanut butter, sprinkle on peanuts - bake for 20-25min (may be longer depending on oven).
