Crumbles are the quickest dessert and the best at utilizing what every fruit you have on hand (fresh or frozen!)

3 cups fresh blackberry
3 cups apple
Dash of vanilla essence
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar

2 cups oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 Tbs butter melted
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup coconut


1. Preheat oven 180 degrees Celsius. Grease ramekins or oven dish.
2. Place apples, blackberry, vanilla, water and sugar into dish.
3. Mix all crumble ingredients and sprinkle onto fruit mixture
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until crumble is lightly toasted
5. Best served with a dollop of thick unsweetened yogurt or ice cream!
