Crumbles are the quickest dessert and the best at utilizing what every fruit you have on hand (fresh or frozen!)

3 C fresh blackberry
3 C apple
Dash of vanilla essence
1/2 C water
1/2 C sugar

2 C oats
1/4 brown sugar
3 Tbs butter melted
1/4 chopped nuts
1/4 coconut


1. Preheat oven 180 degrees celsius
2. Place apples, blackberry, vanilla, water and sugar into ramekins or bake dish
3.Mix all crumble ingredients and sprinkle onto fruit mixture
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until crumble is lightly toasted
5. Best served with a dollop of thick unsweetened yogurt or ice cream!
