Nothing beats a fresh and fruity iced tea on a hot summer's day. Cool down and relax while you sip on one of these in your hand - summer couldn't come sooner!

INGREDIENTS

3 black tea bags
500ml water
1 Tbs hot water
1 Tbs white sugar
1 peach, skin and pit removed
juice of 1 lemon
½ cup ice

METHOD

1. Brew your tea bags in the water, let steep for 15 minutes. In a small bowl combine the hot water and sugar, combine until dissolved and let cool.
2. Cut peach into slices and blend with lemon juice, add the tea and sugar mixture and blend until combined well. Taste and see if it needs more sugar.
3. Add ice to two beakers and pour over the tea, garnish with lemon slices.
