Switching the custard for yogurt makes this french classic dessert a delicious brekky!

1 cup, pitted tinned plums, cut in thin slices
( alternatively use fresh berries)
2 Tbs coconut sugar (optional)
1 ½ cups, plain greek yogurt
¼ Granola

Mix fruit with coconut sugar if you like a slightly less tart version.
Add a scoop of yogurt to the bottom of jar.
Next toss fruit on top, repeat.
Place granola in capsule and seal tightly.
These parfaits can be prepped and enjoyed for a week of healthy breakfast.
