Why can't adults enjoy ice blocks too! Refreshing and creamy frozen treats with hints of coffee and chocolate - what more could you want 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup cold brew coffee
1 cup ice cream (milk, yoghurt or cream could be used too)
1/2 cup melted chocolate
extra melted chocolate, for dipping (optional)
chocolate sprinkles (optional)

METHOD

1. Add coffee, ice cream and melted chocolate into a blender and blend till smooth and well combined. 
2. Taste and add maple syrup or honey if extra sweetness is needed. Pour into moulds and freeze for at least 6 hours. 
3. (Optional) Remove ice blocks from mould and dip in remaining melted chocolate. Line them on a tray and sprinkle with sprinkles. Freeze for an extra hour.
