With berry season in full swing, we have this quick and easy mixed berry jam recipe to add to your summer preserving rotation!


4 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.)
3 cups sugar
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice


1. Wash and dry berries then add to a pan with sugar and lemon juice.
2. Heat over low heat as sugar starts to slowly dissolve. Once all sugar has dissolved, increase heat to a rolling boil. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring regularly to avoid the bottom burning. 
3. Remove from heat and test that it has reached setting point. Once ready, pour into sterilised jars and seal tight.
