This Pesto Pasta with Feta is a healthy and fresh lunch that is quick to whip up. Bursting with bright colours and flavours!


½ cup pasta, bow tie
2 Tbs pesto (check out my recipe for quick, homemade pesto)
5 cherry tomatoes
1 cup mixed green salad
50 grams feta cheese
2 tsp pine nuts (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp lemon juice 


1. Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook pasta according to cooking instructions on packet. Save around ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
2. Transfer drained pasta to a bowl and add pesto. Mix together until pasta is evenly coated, adding a little bit of pasta water to help it mix together.
3. Top pasta with tomatoes, greens, feta, nuts, salt and pepper. Serve with lemon juice and enjoy!
